We offer a tracked parcel option (this rate is based on your address and the dimensions and weight of your package). For overseas orders, shipping will be calculated based on shipping distance and size of package. Heads up order fulfillment time is typically 1-2 business days before shipping.
You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped, and orders should arrive within 5-7 days within the United States and 8-12 business days in Canada.
Please double (then triple) check that your address is correct. If a package is not received or is returned to us due to an error in address, we are unable to offer a refund and are not responsible for costs of the replacement item.
Duties and taxes vary upon country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs charges once the package has arrived in the destination country.
