Contest Rules

  1. MY BFLO HOME’s Giveaways will run at any time.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Must agree to contest rules
    • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry; 
    • Must be a legal resident of the United States of America or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec);
    • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. To enter the Giveaway:
    • Follow instructions as per MY BFLO HOME’s stories and/or posts
  4. There is NO purchase necessary to enter or win.
  5. All winners will be chosen once the story expires or giveaway run dates specified expires (24 hours after posting)  and notified via Instagram or Facebook private/direct message.
  6. Winners must follow @mybflohome Instagram account or Facebook page and consent to being tagged as a winner.
  7. Winners have 24 hours from the time they are notified to claim their prize (ie. respond to the private/direct message), if not claimed within 24 hours the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen. 
  8. Winners will be required to answer a skill-testing mathematical question in order to claim the prize and consent to being tagged on Instagram.
  9. In the case of a giveaway item not being available, MY BFLO HOME will provide an applicable gift card with the same value as the prize.
  10. This giveaway is not associated with, sponsored, administered or endorsed by Meta, Instagram or Facebook. Each entrant hereby releases Meta, Instagram and Facebook of all liability arising out of or relating to this giveaway.
  11. However, entries that do not comply with the Meta, Instagram, and Facebook Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
  12. This giveaway is not sponsored, partnered, associated or endorsed by any company or brand of any featured products.
  13. In the case of an item not being available MY BFLO HOME will provide an applicable gift card with the same value as that of the prize.
  14. Although MY BFLO HOME will cover shipping costs of the prize (if shipping is required), the winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, duties and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Rules that are associated with receipt of a prize.
  15. By entering the giveaway, each entrant consents for MY BFLO HOME to collect and use its personal information, including name and email address, for the sole purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize (if applicable).  All personal information will be treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws in New York, United States of America. MY BFLO HOME will not publish your personal information except with your prior written consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying contactus@mybflohome.com.
  16. By accepting the prize, winners agree that MY BFLO HOME and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons, and property damages sustained, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in this giveaway or any prize-related activity.
  17. The Winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. 
  18. MY BFLO HOME reserves the right to update or modify these Rules at any time without notice.
  19. MY BFLO HOME reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason. 
  20. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or the prize awarded, including matters relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants/winners or MY BFLO HOME, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of state of New York, and the federal laws applicable therein.  Each such dispute, claim or cause of action shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and each entrant/winner irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New York.
